6. Listings and Transactions
Musicato MarketPlace acts as a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for ensuring all listings and transactions comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax obligations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Musicato MarketPlace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

All content on this platform, including logos, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Musicato MarketPlace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
